A1: To ensure safe global transit, our super flexible solid wood wall panels are meticulously rolled with the protective veneer facing inward, wrapped in a heavy-duty moisture-proof PE film, and then packed securely into individual, thick corrugated export cartons. For bulk or wholesale orders, these cartons are further stacked and securely strapped onto reinforced wooden pallets with rigid edge protectors. This robust packaging minimizes the risk of bending, scratching, or moisture damage during ocean freight or long-distance courier transport.

Q2: Do these flexible timber panels require special maintenance, and are they suitable for high-moisture areas?

A2: Our pre-finished panels are sealed with a high-quality, UV-cured protective lacquer that resists daily wear and makes cleaning easy—simply wipe down with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth (avoid harsh chemical cleaners). While they are perfect for living rooms, offices, and commercial spaces, they are made of natural wood and are not recommended for direct wet areas like shower interiors. However, if used in well-ventilated bathrooms or kitchen backsplashes where there is no direct water contact, we recommend using a moisture-resistant topcoat during or after installation.
